This parcel is near the intersection of Barry Rd and Chester and has 858' of frontage and 4.66+/- acres. The conceptual residential ANR Subdivision Plan (attached in MLS) depicts the potential for 12 lots conforming to the dimensional regulations of the RS-7 district. (see table attached) Each lot is at least 7000SF with at least 65' of frontage as required. This new Lot 1 is a new lot being subdivided from a larger existing lot (lot 2 on the record plan) into 2 parcels. Seller (Assumption) would retain the southern portion of the parcel, while releasing the northern portion of the parcel with the frontage on Chester St necessary to create the ANR lots.
