Stephanie Tekin brings a unique blend of expertise and dedication to every real estate transaction. As a member of the Martin Home Group of Coldwell Banker Realty, Stephanie joined father Gary Martin and brothers Jeremy and Tim Martin in “the family business” in 2022. Entering her fourth year as a REALTOR®, she leverages nearly 30 years of experience conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for the mortgage lending industry. Her deep knowledge of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements, combined with an in-depth understanding of the residential loan process, ensures her clients receive exceptional guidance from start to finish. A proud Frederick County resident since 1996, Stephanie specializes in the City of Frederick, Walkersville, Mount Airy, and New Market, while maintaining familiarity with the entire county and surrounding areas. Her charismatic negotiation style, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to client success have earned her recognition as a member of the International Sterling Society in both 2022 and 2023.

Stephanie’s passion for real estate is rooted in her desire to build lasting relationships and help clients achieve their goals. Active in the Frederick County and Walkersville communities for decades, Stephanie and her family have contributed through athletics, music, and academics.
