I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1998 and a licensed Associate Broker since 2001. Most of my career has been spent working as a co-agent with my son, and from 1998 to the present I have participated in 2,119 closed transactions. I have extensive experience selling luxury homes, REO and bank foreclosures, short sales, and general retail sales as a listing agent.

I have worked with every type of buyer imaginable—from first-time homebuyers needing grants for down payment and closing costs, to investors who buy and hold, flippers who buy, renovate, and resell, and general retail buyers. I have been full-time in the industry since day one. Listing and selling real estate requires full-time attention, and that is exactly what I provide.
