Brandon brings a wealth of experience to our team. He has been involved in Management, Consulting, and Development in the Mid-Atlantic region for his entire professional career. Starting in 2008, Brandon began his real estate journey as an agent and developer of high-end residential communities in Maryland and Delaware. He quickly expanded his expertise to include Commercial Sales and Leasing, along with the development of shopping centers and multi-family properties as an agent with Rinnier Development Company.

He has represented and facilitated deals for many national and Mid-Atlantic franchises, including ModWash, Burger King, Crimson Coward, Subway, CVS, AutoZone, Playa Bowls, Mach-1 Carwash, Caliber Collision, Ledo's Pizza, and many other familiar brands.
As the owner of a successful property management company, ZREC, on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware, he also possesses valuable knowledge in residential and commercial property management, including accounting and day-to-day operations of various property types.
