Jessica is a proud Eastern Shore Native who brings a lifetime of local insight, care and dedication to helping others. After years of service as a Registered Nurse Certified Case Manager, she now puts that same compassion and professionalism into helping families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions: finding the perfect home to grow, downsize, or begin a new chapter.

Growing up and raising her own family on the Shore gives Jessica a unique understanding of the area's communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle. She knows the hidden gems, the local rhythms, and the small details that truly matter when choosing a home here - and her clients value the trust and perspective that only a lifelong local can offer.

Jessica believes that buying a home should never feel rushed. She encourages clients to take their time, ask questions, and make sure they truly love a home before moving forward. She also loves working with sellers and often shares one of her favorite tips: stage your home! A beautifully staged space helps buyers envision their own lives there.

Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys life on the Shore with her husband, their children and grandchildren. She loves observing the nature on the shore, kayaking local waterways, traveling to seaside areas, and giving back to her community through acts of service.
