Zlatica Koscina

Welcome! I'm Zlatica Koscina, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty. Born and raised in Chile, I've called the Eastern Shore home for 27 years, and this community has given me so much. Now I love giving back by helping families and individuals find their own place here, from Salisbury's friendly neighborhoods to the beaches of Ocean City.

To me, real estate is about much more than buying and selling. It's about being part of a moment that changes someone's life forever. I know what it means to build a life in a new place, and I treat every client's journey with the care, patience, and heart it deserves. My favorite part of this work is the closing day, when I hand over the keys and see my clients' faces light up as they hold the keys to their dream home. That moment never gets old.

As a bilingual agent, I work with clients in English and Spanish, so you can feel completely at ease every step of the way. I partner with fellow agent Jaime Cortes, and together we bring over 30 years of combined experience, which means you'll have two dedicated professionals in your corner who know this market inside and out.

Let's start your next chapter together.

Zlatica Koscina | Su Agente de Bienes Raíces en el Eastern Shore
I speak English

¡Bienvenidos!
