Maryland native, Nick McNulty was born and raised in Arnold, Maryland. After studying Engineering and Management at Clarkson University, Nick returned to Maryland to work as a Project Engineer at Whiting-Turner in Baltimore, MD where he assisted on the Sagamore Whiskey Distillery project. In 2016, Nick began his Real Estate career in Howard County, MD with one of the top national teams and found that Real Estate had become a true passion. Having participated in over 400 transactions in the first 18 months of his career, Nick then went to spear-head efforts to open a new office in Annapolis, MD. In 2021, Nick made his move to the Severna Park Coldwell Banker office, where he continues to provide superior service to his clients with an honest approach to the Real Estate Process. An avid outdoorsman, Nick enjoys spending time out on the water, camping in Western, MD, and playing Lacrosse with his Labrador, River.
