More about Nancy Hofmann

Personal Background

A real estate veteran for 30 years, Nancy Hofmann began her accomplished career as a licensed Maryland sales agent in 1987. She was a top producer for many years in the Towson office before becoming its manager in 2014. Her passion for architecture led Nancy to enter real estate at age 21 and she quickly blossomed in the business. As Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, she brings proven experience and extensive insight that are invaluable in helping her agents succeed.

Nancy manages an exceptional team of energetic, productive and respected sales associates and is responsible for the operations and growth of the Towson office. As a non-competing manager, she invests a great deal of time in coaching and training her agents, using a hands-on, no-nonsense approach that’s focused on growing their business and optimizing quality service for their clients.

"I wake up each day with one purpose in mind: to help our sales associates achieve their professional goals. We support agents at all levels – from nurturing and educating new hires so they grow and prosper to helping experienced agents excel on higher levels. Coldwell Banker is the nation’s largest real estate firm and a globally-recognized brand. This translates to those seeking exemplary local real estate services in Towson, so clients and associates feel completely comfortable as they enter our doors. Our training, resources, technology and business/skill development are second to none, and our office atmosphere is like family."

Nancy is an astute businesswoman and team leader who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications. She was raised in Towson, MD and currently lives in the Cub Hill suburb. Her professional affiliations include sitting on the board of directors for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and The GBBR Charitable Foundation as well. Nancy also has her own local lifestyle website (www.livetowson.com) that she created as an agent, and is very active in the Towson community and Chamber of Commerce.

Agent Testimonials

Making the move to Coldwell Banker made all the difference for me. I love the "high energy" office, great support staff, and our office manager, Nancy Hofmann, is excellent. She gives clear, concise direction on all issues that might arise over the course of a sale. I also appreciate all of the educational classes that take place in the office every week, as well as the camaraderie among the agents--the Coldwell Banker Towson office really is a special and unique place!

Liz Bement

I began my real estate career with a small company almost 26 years ago. When I made the transition to Coldwell Banker (then O'Conor Piper and Flynn) I immediately noticed a drastic difference. There was so much more opportunity to grow and so many more tools available to launch a successful career. Fast forward to today. The Coldwell Banker Towson office is definitely The Place to Be. Our manager and VP, Nancy Hofmann, has many years as a top producer under her belt.  She's "been in the trenches" and knows very well the sometimes extremely complicated aspects of a real estate transaction. She's very hands on and approachable for advice or problem solving. Together with Nancy, the numerous tools and resources made available to all agents by Coldwell Banker, and the amazing support staff we have, it's hard to imagine hanging my license anywhere else.

I have known Nancy Hofmann, the Branch Vice President (BVP) of the Towson Office of COLDWELL BANKER, for many years.

As BVP of the Towson office, Nancy demonstrates, on a daily basis, an unflagging enthusiasm for the real estate industry in general, and for Towson and Towson real estate in particular; proven expertise and experience in the business; and an eagerness to assist agents in establishing their businesses and/or growing their already-established businesses.

If you are looking for a manager who is enthusiastic, experienced and eager to help, give Nancy Hofmann a call today.
