Shamar was raised in Cecil County, MD in a small town called Elkton, and currently resides on the east side of Baltimore City. He obtained a BA degree in Business Management from Morgan State University, and began his career as a financial consultant offering guidance and information on investments and insurances. Thereafter, he ventured into business communication where he spent eight years providing communication services for locals.
