Valerie Gangas

Valerie Gangas started in real estate in 2006 working for The Rubloff Company, one of the largest and oldest real estate companies in the U.S. While swiftly becoming a top- selling residential real estate broker in the Chicago area—where she was raised—Valerie also worked side-by-side with developers and builders, allowing her to experience first hand,  every aspect of real estate development from start to finish. 

For the past several years, Valerie has focused on brokering premier properties in Michigan, having developed a keen eye for confirming all the essentials are in place to make a home as richly rewarding, inviting and comfortable as possible for each and every client.

While continuing her passion for real estate, Valerie is the Co-Founder and  COO for Juniper Holiday & Home, one of Michigan’s premier vacation rental management companies. In addition to running the day to day operations at Juniper (plus given she’s a bestselling author), Valerie has developed into a social media expert, a blogger with a large following and a much sought-after guest on popular podcasts. 

Previously, Valerie worked as the leasing and operations manager for multi-family residential projects, and successfully ran her family’s restaurants for 15 years, during which time she became highly skilled and intuitive about what works in the hospitality and service industries.
