There are 80+ acres to explore after all. Oil lamps allow for a soft & calming glow that reflects off of the northern white cedar logs and the perfectly aged wood flooring. Enjoy meals created on the incredible cook stove, the ample sleeping space & plenty of storage. As an added bonus, you'll love the sweet little campsite on the north 20 nestled along the river's edge.You may find another gorgeous build-site here, too! Very beneficial to have in ones back pocket. Unwind, nap with abandon, enjoy that feeling of being as tired as can be after being outside all day. Warmer months look like wild flowers and lush green layers framing the flowing riverside. This much space & the trails provide you with so much to absorb & appreciate! As for the river, grab your kayak or canoe and head out back a few yards to enjoy a long float. Maybe throw in a line for dinner. You'll probably even catch a view of some of the local wildlife! Another fabulous feature is that the property is adjacent to state land to the west land federal land to the south. If you look at the aerial view you'll see that this land continues across the river so it guarantees you a lot of the privacy you'd hope for. You'll truly fall in love with MN North Shore winters, too! Grab your sled/snowmobile & travel to the property over the snowy trails. Let the powder lead you to the river and to the cabin!
