The Remington of 1916, a surviving example of early craftsman era rarely seen in this bristol condition. Remington is a double-barrel-bungalow with intact originality and dedicated dual occupancy a truly original duplex designed in 1916 to house two families comfortably: wide maple hardwoods, dining built-ins, walnut finished oak millwork throughout both units. Current owner occupied for nearly 4 years, walkability is immense to both lakes and restaurants. We placed this building from a mentor owner masterfully updated through two purist owners. Her build sheet is impressive: new boilers, new acorn windows throughout, attic insulation , concrete and masonry is well sorted, updated kitchens and restored baths, period correct lighting throughout both units.
