Stephanie Darroch

I found my passion for real estate through personal experience. Buying, selling, and building homes taught me how exciting yet overwhelming the process can be. Now I help others navigate that journey with confidence, using my strengths in organization, multitasking, and attention to detail to make every step smooth and rewarding.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent 20 years working with individuals with disabilities. I began at Sunnyhill Adventures summer camp and eventually became Assistant Director. That experience shaped my values and taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and advocacy. These qualities guide every client relationship.

I met my husband while working at the camp. We married before my second summer there and have raised two wonderful children together. I’m an adventurer at heart who loves reading, being outdoors, and traveling. Some of my favorite experiences include mountain climbing in Scotland, kayaking in Panama, and scuba diving in Cozumel.

I grew up in Perryville, moved to Festus in middle school, and bought our first home in Cedar Hill. Today we live in New Town, St. Charles, close to my parents and in a community we truly love. For me, home is more than a place. It is the foundation for family, connection, and lifelong memories.
