Twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry has taught me to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team (which is what you, your lender, your title company and I will do).

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU

As your Buyer's Agent, I will assist you in finding the best loan option (such as VA, FHA, and Conventional). If you're eligible, I will put you into contact with lenders who offer various loan programs (such as First-Time Home Buyer Loans - if you haven't owned a home in the past 3 years, Professional Mortgage Loans - tailored for medical professionals and attorneys, and Front Line Mortgage Loans - tailored for first responders, nurses, and teachers). I will assist you in finding the lender that is right for you.

As your Listing Agent, I will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) - at no cost to you. Once your property is listed, I will provide free marketing (via Open Houses, MLS, and social media platforms), and I'll assist you in scheduling applicable inspections of your property. Coldwell Banker is a global company; therefore, whether you need to purchase a new home locally or relocate to another state or country, I will be there with you every step of the way.

WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT

I don't use a 'pitch' with my clients, like some other agents do. It's important for me to treat my clients the same as I would want to be treated if I was selling or buying a home. Also, I will not let you sell or purchase a home base on what commission I receive. Your satisfaction is what matters most.
