More about Beth Fagan

Here to serve you.

Let me share with you my passion for the unique architecture and history surrounding St. Louis and its older homes.

If you are a buyer, my mission is to guide you in the purchase of your perfect home.  It’s one of the most important purchases you will ever make, and my job is to educate you on home values, neighborhoods, financing, inspections and the contracting process.  As an informed buyer you can make better decisions.

If you are a seller, I will use my years of marketing large corporations to market your home to potential buyers in the area.  On your behalf, we’ll tap into Coldwell Banker’s relocation specialists to bring your home to the attention of those transferring to our city.  We’ll guide you through negotiations, title work and the entire transaction.

Service Areas

I specialize in older homes and condos in historic neighborhoods in Clayton, University City, Olivette, Richmond Heights, Skinker-DeBaliviere and the Central West End.  Having rehabbed several houses, you can take advantage of my expertise in knowing what inspections are needed and what it might take to realize your dreams.  An informed buyer is better buyer.

DESIGNATIONS:

Member of National Association of Realtors

Member of Missouri Association of Realtor

Member of St. Louis Association of Realtors

Member of the Mid-American Regional Information Systems

Personal Background:  After a successful career in corporate PR and advertising, plus a 20-year hobby of rehabbing houses, I use my expertise to help clients achieve their real estate goals.  Whether it's buying that first house, or selling a family home to upsize/downsize, I’m committed to helping you understand and succeed in today's marketplace.

In my spare time, I tutor inner city children in reading.  My husband and I are also actively involved with many of St. Louis' great cultural institutions:  Washington University, the St. Louis Art Museum and St. Louis Symphony.  We have raised two children here, and call St. Louis our home.
