I've been a life-long resident of the Ballwin/Chesterfield area and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology at University of Missouri. I continue to be interested in the human mind, body and environment! In my free time, you will find me in the hot yoga studio, experimenting with my home interior design, photographing, traveling, attending concerts or spending time with my family, friends, and pets!
