Maria has been involved in the real estate arena for years as a landlord, renovation management, property evaluations, and securing investment properties. Maria gained her Real Estate Agent license May 2015. In March 2023, Maria was promoted to Licensed Real Estate Broker and started Easy Real Estate Advisors a Coldwell Banker Realty company.
Due to the extensive work in this area, Ms. Stewart has developed a strong network of Contractors, Inspectors, Home Developers, Mortgage Lenders (conventional & hard money) and Suppliers. Ms. Stewart is also founder and CEO of LGR Investment Group, LLC which specializes in rental investment property.
Ms. Stewart has a long record of professional excellence as seen through her 26+ years employment at some of the most recognizable firms such as: Enterprise Holdings, Anheuser-Busch, Accenture, KPMG, Honeywell and Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, PC.
Maria is a Saint Louis Native who graduated from Rosati-Kain High School, then from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS).
