Whether you want to sell you your home or if you want to buy a home, I want to talk to you. Whether you have been through the process before, I want to talk to you. My objectives are to make certain that the process of listing your home for sale or buying a new home is as pain-free as possible. My approach is to make certain that you are able to make intelligent decisions as the result of my providing a level of service that goes well beyond the expected.

While my focus has been on the historic neighborhoods of the City of St. Louis --longtime resident of Lafayette Square, I am equally versed with the St. Louis County neighborhoods as well as St. Charles County.
As a buyer's representative, my initial strategy is to provide a tour of the neighborhoods and areas that are of interest to you. If you are a seller, I believe that I have a very high degree of responsibility to you to make certain that your home sells at a price and within a time frame that meets your expectations. The entire process begins with an understanding of the pricing and marketing strategy that will be required to achieve our objectives. home. My marketing plan is very extensive, goes into considerable detail and is adjusted to your particular home. Many elements of my marketing plan are internet focused which is the primary tool that potential buyers use in their home search.
Bottom line is that as a professional real estate agent, my intent is to make you a very satisfied client who has developed a confidence level in my abilities to allow me to assist you in future home purchases or listings. Please be assured that I will always give you my best advise and not just want you want I think might please you. Lets talk.

What has helped me in my preparation to becoming a full-time, professional Realtor is my background in merchandising with Famous-Barr (now Macy's) and a 4 store chain of deep-discount drug stores. With both, I served in management position and have ingrained in me the knowledge of stage presentation and the art of profitable selling product. I also learned when it was time to reduce the retail price of a product as I recognized that product (or a home) sitting and/or not selling doesn't put money in the pocket of my client or my company.
Bottom line, buying or selling a home isn't really much different than selling a product in a retail environment.
Any questions, just call me.
