Beverly has been a resident of Concord NC for 30 years. As the daughter of an ambitious young executive, and later a military spouse, Beverly lived in six states before calling North Carolina home. During the past 12 years, her career as a District Manager and as a Retail Consultant for major corporations afforded her the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Carolinas. This experience provided her with a unique understanding of the area, and a deep appreciation for all that living in North Carolina has to offer. Additionally, she gained extensive knowledge of commercial real estate, facilities management, and landlord/tenant relationships. Beverly's interest in real estate developed into a passion for researching residential properties. This coupled with a strong desire to assist others through the transaction process, led her to a career in Real Estate.
