In my first year as NC realtor, I successfully helped clients find and sell over 25 homes. My expertise is amplified by utilizing modern tools, including strategic marketing and AI-driven insights, to efficiently price, promote, and sell homes for the best outcome.

My background as a Hospitality Guru and Director of Sales ensures every transaction is handled with attentive, high-end customer service and powerful negotiation. I bring a "make it happen" (MIH) approach to tactical execution, ensuring a seamless and profitable experience.

When I'm not focused on real estate, I enjoy life in Raintree with my best friend and wife of over 25 years, Lymor. We are active members of our Synagogue, where we are committed to giving back by serving on multiple boards and committees.  We have two wonderful kids: Elan, a Senior at Michigan State University majoring in PR and sports marketing, and Maya, who recently married Louis and lives in NYC. As a Chicago native, I remain a loyal fan of the Cubs and Bears, and my wife and I try to get in a round of golf at least once a week.
