Jay Statham

Native to Palm Beach, FL, Jay attended and graduated high school in Lawton, OK. After high school, he served his country in the U.S. Army for nearly a decade. Jay’s admiration of high-quality architecture and luxury design, combined with his charismatic personality and vast network of high-value clientele has made real estate a great fit for him. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Jay was a Broker/Realtor® under the AnywheRE (Realogy) umbrella at Leading Luxury brokerage, 'Corcoran HM Properties'. Jay became Charlotte, NC's most preferred agent thanks to his strong negotiation skills and expertise in understanding his client's needs.

Throughout his time in the military, Jay attended Liberty University and earned his BA in Communications while stationed in Los Angeles, CA and Seoul, South Korea. Jay eventually was stationed in Columbia, SC, where he met his wife at Fort Jackson (SC). After his enlistment, Jay moved to Charlotte, NC in 2018.

Jay and his wife, Ashlee, have a son (6) and daughter (5) and a Dobermin Pinscher named Zeus. He enjoys spending time in fitness, golfing, mentoring, and volunteering; Jay has even founded a non-profit called Lift the World that mentors young men to be successful through entrepreneurship.
