Her inspiration

After relocating from Connecticut, Laura used a wonderful agent to locate and buy a wonderful home in the Queen City. The experience proved so positive for her that she decided to become a realtor, and provide clients with the same great commitment and service she had enjoyed.

Laura's preparation for her real estate began with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree (major in Management Information Systems) from Pace University in New York. She then worked for 20+ years as a systems analyst, program manager, and administrator for global organizations.

These positions enabled Laura to cultivatekey skills in client services, negotiations, and administration of commercial properties. She worked professionally and effectively with executives, internal staff, vendors, financial institutions, attorneys, and a diverse array of clients.

Special experience in real estate:

Laura and her husband personally invest in real estate. They have completed a 1031 exchange, following the legal process through all steps of locating and purchasing properties in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Laura is an eager and proficient collaborator, dedicated to both high performance and her clients' success. Laura also is fluent in Spanish!
