Lilian Martinez Garcia

Lilian Martinez Garcia is a bilingual (English and Spanish) real estate professional and Charlotte native who serves clients throughout the greater Charlotte area. Having grown up in the region, she brings firsthand knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and the changes that shape them.

Lilian’s approach to real estate is rooted in personal experience. As both a homeowner and real estate investor, she understands what it feels like to make major financial decisions, navigate uncertainty, and plan for the future. This firsthand perspective drives her to go the extra mile for her clients and to advocate for them with care, honesty, and intention at every stage of the process.

Before entering real estate, Lilian built a career in project management, where she helped large organizations make and execute high-stakes decisions. She brings that same level of organization, strategic thinking, and clear communication to each transaction, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident from the first conversation through closing.

Outside of work, Lilian enjoys traveling, trying new food spots, spending time with her family and two very spoiled dogs!
