Peggy Washko

Peggy Washko is driven for real estate because she enjoys connecting people to their new home.

Peggy's career as a professional, responsive, and attentive real estate agent began twenty years ago.  She offers exceptional services to potential home buyers, sellers, and investors in the greater Charlotte metro area. As an alumna of the University of NC at Chapel Hill, her expertise includes helping clients navigate the complexities of home purchasing, making their experience seamless. In addition, she has an incomparable knowledge of the local real estate market, having lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. Not only is she passionate about educating homebuyers and sellers, she also finds it fulfilling to help new residents make good connections with their neighbors.

Outside of real estate Peggy has a passion for seniors.  She works to improve the wellness of senior living by creating programs for an independent senior community located in Charlotte.  Her work with seniors contributes to her remarkable interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.  She carries the values of honesty, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.  Her experience entails working with local lenders, which allow her to leverage her support with her real estate clients and business contacts to maximize clients' investments in their properties.
