Background:

You could say that Susan grew up in Real Estate since her dad was a broker in Raleigh. She began her Real Estate career in 2003. She has since gained her SC Real Estate license since she lives close to the NC/SC boarder. Susan has assisted hundreds of clients in navigating the process of buying or selling a home. She has in-depth, first-hand knowledge of the Greater Charlotte Real Estate Market and the surrounding areas. Her experience and understanding of the many factors that influence the real estate market gives her the insight to provide unparalleled service to her buyers, sellers and investors. Personal:

Susan is a Raleigh, NC native, a Meredith College grad, the mom of three great children, and the wife of the awesome Kevin, who lived four houses down when they were growing up. She's involved with the Girl Scouts and the local Autism Community. She enjoys spending time at the beautiful NC beaches with her family, reading British Literature novels and working puzzles.

Susan's Dad is also a NC Real Estate Broker and a veteran Navy Pilot. She went on her first listing appointment when she was 7, when her Dad listed her teacher's house.
