WALTHAM, Mass. – (June 5, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England ranked as the top residential real estate company for sales volume and transaction sides in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire in 2016, along with other residential brokerage firms owned by NRT, LLC. The rankings were reported in the 2017 REAL Trends Market Leaders report, a portion of the REAL Trends 500.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, along with other NRT owned firms, together accounted for more than $13.04 billion in closed sales volume and closed 21,486 transaction sides in 2016, placing the firms at No. 1 in the Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire area*.
