Joe Papagno has a proven track record of attracting top talent to Coldwell Banker Realty and has built a strong reputation for his ability to help agents and offices grow their business. Joe has nearly 40 years of real estate experience, more than half of them with Coldwell Banker Realty.
He began his career as a real estate agent, successfully helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals as a top agent, before moving into leadership roles. For more than a decade, Joe led the very successful Coldwell Banker Realty office in Milton, Massachusetts as branch manager. He had previously managed successful offices in Easton and Dedham.
In 2022, Joe was promoted to Coldwell Banker Realty's regional vice president of the Greater Boston and South Shore Region. In this position, he oversees 18 offices with over 1,500 agents. Joe works closely with the leadership team in his regions to expand the company’s market share and provide an outstanding platform for Coldwell Banker Realty agents and their clients to have an exceptional experience.
