As president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, Pauline Bennett leads operations of the company’s 85 sales offices and more than 4,000 affiliated sales associates and staff across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Rhode Island.

Pauline is an accomplished and experienced leader with a track record of recruiting top-producing agents, while growing operations and market share. Prior to being named president of the New England company, Pauline served as president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Carolinas. In that role, she led operations of the company’s 21 offices and 1,120 affiliated sales associates across North and South Carolina since 2015. In her short tenure, she doubled the size of the Carolinas company, built organic growth, and rapidly increased its profitability.

Before being named president in the Carolinas, Pauline was managing broker of one of the most profitable offices of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida. With more than 19 years of real estate experience, Pauline served in management roles with NRT for nine years, including as managing broker of real estate offices in Connecticut. Prior to that, she was an award-winning and top-producing sales associate.

In 2018, Pauline was recognized on the cover of Housingwire Magazine as a Woman of Influence in the real estate industry. She was named to the prestigious NRT President’s Council for Managers multiple years, and in 2011, was one of only 18 leaders from throughout the U.S. and Canada invited to participate in Coldwell Banker’s® Regional Advisory Committee.

Pauline served as a member of the board of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She is a graduate of St. Anselm College in New Hampshire, is an avid golfer, and is a strong supporter of the brokerage’s charitable foundation.
