My name is Pat Rose and I have lived here since 1984 coming from the Boston area. I find the Seacoast of New Hampshire and So. Maine to be a truly a magical place. I have been selling real estate since 1991 in both New Hampshire and Maine and have raised my family here I can't imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy the people, the seasons, culture, beauty, and all the outdoor activities at our doorstep.

In my practice of real estate I am known for excellent customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and a positive transition from home buyer to home owner. It is my priority to continue to master new skills to be on the cutting edge of technology to ensure the most streamlined transaction for my customers and clients as well as being abreast of real estate trends.
