Karen Holtzman applies her experience and knowledge of both real estate sales and the West Essex area to benefit all of her clients. Licensed in 2007 and residing in North Caldwell for over 20 years she has been an involved member of the community. Serving previously as a parent volunteer with the schools, as well as an active member of the North Caldwell PTO and Board, now known as the North Caldwell Partnership for Education (NCPE) as she continues to have a finger on the pulse of the area's education focus. Karen was employed by Deloitte and Touche prior to her career in real estate sales. Deloitte is one the "Big Four" accounting organizations and the largest professional services network in the work by revenue and number of professionals. Karen is an active member of the Foundation for Diabetes Research where the organization's mission is to actively work on funding to find a cure for diabetes in particular juvenile diabetes. She is also an active member of the Stepping Ridge Board Association (Stepping Ridge in North Caldwell/Fairfield is a grand and beautiful townhouse complex conveniently located closed to Route 46/80/23 which is great for the NYC commuter, where she currently lives with her family.
