I am well trained in Customer Service and Sales. I started out in my early days as a sales rep in the stores.....First at AT&T Wireless......Then at Verizon Wireless.  I was known for my patience and honesty with all walks of life clients that entered the store. I gave both professional and courteous customer service equally to each and every client. I thoroughly explained the sales process and contract renewals. 

I have a trait of taking something that confuses the customer, and explaining it in layman terms by creating pictures in the clients mind, so that they may understand what confuses them. 

I am both casually, but professional in my customer service and sales process with the client. I also am very good at listening to the needs of the client. I care about and respect all my clients and give them what they ask for, rather than what serves my purpose. 

I have gained both the respect and friendship of many clients because I respect them as people and not just dollar signs walking in my store. Clients, in turn, have come to appreciate my exceptional and professional customer service skills by giving me repeat business and many referrals.
