My name is Beni Perez

I’m a serial entrepreneur, corporate leader and Realtor whose specialty lies in teaching buyers and sellers how to find potential. Understanding that selling and buying a home is a deeply personal and emotional event, I approach every transaction with its own set of tools. Honesty, trust and communication being at the forefront of each transaction. A student of Architecture/Interior Design, I currently create and sell comfortable, practical and timeless spaces for homes designed to stand up to a life fully lived and loved.

As a corporate leader in various Fortune 100 companies such as FedEx, FreshDirect, Liberty Mutual and Brinks, I focused on building and developing operations that were sustainable in their disruption of the world. My success in business was built on communication, integrity, dedication and transparency. Mentoring, inspiring and cultivating relationships were my key ingredients. Winner of the National Hispanic Women in Leadership (2005), my goal was to help grow and promote all the young ladies that played a part in the company.

Locally born and raised, I have a good knowledge of the area. I know the ins-and-outs of the local market. I love the area and its history and strive to impart that in my clients. Outside of real estate, I take pride in giving back to my community via March of Dimes, St. Judes, and Habitat for Humanity.

I do it simply for the love of home.
