Suzanne Shults has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and is dually licensed in NC and NJ.  As a current Stokes County resident, she is focused largely in and around Stokes and Forsyth Counties in NC, although she collaborates with her colleagues throughout the state and in NJ on transactions, as well.  Suzanne goes above and beyond for her clients every time.  She has a genuine heart for helping people and it shows.  Suzanne has built a solid reputation in the field due to her deep sense of integrity, passion, and dedication to community.  She truly blooms where she is planted! 

The knowledge Suzanne has of her industry and community comes from a combination of academic studies and hands-on involvement. She earned her degree in English at Rutgers University in NJ.  She went on to earn her real estate license in NJ and after relocating to NC, she earned her NC license as well.  She remains active in local NJ and NC events throughout the years.

In addition to being an agent, Suzanne also oversees all transactions and marketing as the Executive Administrator/Transaction Coordinator for The Jenny’s Homes Group, a national real estate team.  Suzanne has an amazing attention to detail and she expertly assists in all aspects of the team’s client’s transactions.  The Jenny’s Homes Group strives to make sure that the process for all their buyers and sellers is efficient and smooth from start to finish.  Suzanne helps make this a reality.

When Suzanne isn’t out buying and selling houses, assisting her team or attending community events, you can find her enjoying hobbies such as baking and crafting, as well as spending quality time with her husband Danny, her children and her three pups!!
