Frances Boggs began her real estate career in October 2024, driven by a passion for property investment, home flipping, and ownership. Recognizing the importance of foundational knowledge, she chose to start as a Sales Associate to gain hands-on experience and build a strong understanding of the industry.

In her first six months, Frances demonstrated initiative and determination, securing two clients under contract—one of which successfully closed. Her early success reflects her commitment to learning, client service, and problem-solving.

Frances holds a Real Estate Sales Associate License, complemented by a high school diploma and college coursework. She also brings a diverse professional background, including certifications in commercial driving (CDL), security (S.O.R.A), and substitute teaching. These experiences have shaped her into a resourceful, adaptable, and service-oriented professional.

Currently, Frances is actively engaged in lead generation, networking, and building her client base in preparation for her return to brokerage work. She is deeply motivated by the opportunity to help others and thrives on being a reliable resource for her clients and community.

Outside of real estate, Frances enjoys cooking, fashion, makeup artistry, and mentoring friends and family toward achieving their life goals. Her long-term ambition is to pursue a degree in social work, further underscoring her dedication to service and personal growth.
