As a young and outgoing professional, Aniya is both ambitious and enthusiastic for the opportunity to meet and connect with new people. Given her deeply rooted motives and interests, Aniya entered the Real Estate industry with hopes to make an impact in people’s lives by helping them decide on important investments that help curate their lifestyle.

Born and raised in Edison, New Jersey, Aniya has developed an understanding of the local home-owner market and is venturing throughout the tristate area to gain more exposure.  From first-time homebuyers to seasoned owners, Aniya has a niche for all sorts of clients. When it concerns her clients, Aniya believes in a philosophy of transparency. She says, “I feel as though creating something of value has to lead first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together.”

As an Economics graduate from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, she has worked alongside professional and extracurricular organizations curating her client relation skills and gaining knowledge of the market. This knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings.

As a real estate sales associate, she aims to bring intention and dedication to her clients and ensure that communication is thorough and sincere. Her commitment to excellence in client relations, quality of service, and project management have enhanced her experience in the Real Estate industry.
