Real estate is a people business and it is important to continually try to relate to and understand people. Every person's situation is different and I try to learn as much as possible about their indvidual needs and wants to help them accomplish and achieve their real estate dreams and goals. People have a fear of the unknown and I feel that my being there to answer questions, explain procedures, overcome objections or solve problems helps them to have a better understanding and a better comfort level. Being there for them also helps to establish their trust and results in a stronger and more honest relationship. |||I also feel that my diversified background and my knowledge of real estate, mortgages, income taxes and finance helps to give the seller and the buyer a more complete understanding of the whole picture. This applies whether it is for a primary residence or an investment. Buying or selling a property should be a pleasant experience and I try to make it one.
