I’m Michele McCollum, a New Jersey real estate professional licensed since 2009, with a marketing degree from William Paterson University. I’m proud to be part of the Property People Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, an award-winning team founded and led by Will Alfaro.

I especially enjoy helping sellers throughout Northern New Jersey position their homes to attract strong interest. My marketing background shapes how I prepare, present, and promote each property, while my years of experience help me guide clients through pricing, negotiations, and the many decisions that come with a move. I also have a special place in my heart for senior clients and families navigating important transitions, including downsizing and estate-related sales.

I love connecting with people and getting to know what matters to them—our conversations don’t always have to be about real estate! As a proud mom of two teens, an animal lover, and someone who enjoys travel and discovering great places to eat across New Jersey, I bring warmth and resourcefulness to my work.
