About Paul

Having spent over 35 years with major companies, in the Computer Technology Service Industry, where Paul held several Worldwide Executive Management positions, Paul decided to take  a very early retirement, and pursue a second career that would require far less time away from his family. After careful consideration Paul decided on a second career in real estate.  During Paul's first career he was promoted , and required to relocate to his new work place on many occasions, giving him a unique understanding of the entire real estate process. Over the past sixteen years Paul has sold for several very large Real Estate companies in the Central New Jersey market place, Paul has managed existing offices, as well as opened a new brokerage firm in the Central Jersey market place, that opened with four agents, and zero market share. After 10 years , the office had over 90 agents, and was constantly listed in the top three offices for Market Share in the local area. With all the success that the office had, the one thing Paul missed by managing was the direct client contact, which caused him to return to a direct sales associate position again, working directly with clients. Since entering the Real Estate industry, Paul have achieved several industry specific designations, such as a Licensed Broker, Office Manager, Senior Housing Specialist, E-Pro Realtor, and Accredited Buyers Representative. 

Over the years Paul has utilized his knowledge, and experiences, to provide his clients with expert assistance in buying, and selling both Residential, as well as Commercial Real Estate. Paul's goal has always  been to focus on satisfying his clients, and surpassing their expectations.  His ultimate goal continues to be that his clients are COMPLETELY SATISFIED at the conclusion of any transaction, and that they and their loved ones will remember the process as an exciting, positive, and enjoyable event.

In addition to his Real Estate career Paul continues to give back to the community. Paul has served as First Vice President for the Boys & Girls club of Trenton, President of the Peddie Golf Club Association, member of the Board of Directors for the Ravens Crest Home Owners Association, and have served on various boards, and committees through out the area.
