Lisa Prince

As a real estate professional for 15 years, Lisa utilizes a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and home selling process. Drawing on her years of experience as a software developer, she brings her passion and sharp attention to detail when either assisting buyers in a highly focused search for their new home or helping sellers get the most value for their home. "My goal is to surpass customer expectations in all facets of their real estate transaction."  

After graduating with high honors from Rutgers University with with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Lisa enjoyed a 20-year career in software development and analysis. “Transitioning to real estate was a rewarding change that enabled me to meet and help so many wonderful people realize a dream.”  

Known for her integrity, sincerity and refreshingly friendly customer care, Lisa strives to be someone in whom her clients and colleagues can put their trust and faith. Meeting new people and helping clients realize their dreams is her passion. Her client dedication and
love of helping others are what motivate her most. "Real estate is a personal business and I take it personal. Whether it is a seller with a strong attachment to the home they raised their family in or the young couple looking for that special home to start their lives together, it is such a significant and personal milestone that is truly a privilege to guide them through." While she is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is an equally compassionate and friendly partner who eases a process that can often be quite overwhelming.  

Lisa and her husband are long-time residents of Wayne where they have raised their two children. She treasures time with family, friends, and her Westie, Hailey. “Cooking family favorites, gardening in the yard, reading at the beach and helping dreams come true are a
few of my favorite things.”
