Carlo Calabrese Jr. brings a powerful blend of business leadership, real estate experience, and deep Jersey Shore roots to Coldwell Banker Realty. Born in Newark and raised in Verona, Carlo built a highly successful career as founder of United Business Systems in Fairfield, NJ, which he led as President and CEO before selling the company in 2008.

Following his retirement from the tech industry, Carlo shifted his focus to his longstanding passion for Building and Developing Real Estate. He began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Upper Montclair and has since become deeply engaged in residential development, investment properties, and coastal real estate along the Jersey Shore.

Carlo’s portfolio includes developing 12 custom homes on a five‑acre property near the University of Notre Dame—where his son played football for the Fighting Irish—as well as completing and selling a four‑unit condominium project in Seaside Heights. He has also represented and sold numerous bayfront and lagoon homes throughout the Toms River region, where his firsthand knowledge of waterfront living gives clients a distinct advantage.

Carlo and his wife, Annie, met in Ortley Beach and married on the sand in 1984. Since 2016, they have lived in the waterfront community of Shelter Cove in Toms River. They raised three children and are now proud grandparents to seven grandchildren—five boys and two girls.
