Born and raised at the Shore, Greg spent his childhood on the beach in Spring Lake, crabbing and fishing in Wreck Pond, ice skating on the lake in Divine Park, and visiting his father’s art gallery on Third Avenue in Spring Lake.  Greg attended Wall Township schools and graduated from the University of Delaware. After graduation, Greg worked in advertising in Manhattan, first with Fox Television, then with the Discovery Channel. But he would leave the Manhattan skyscraper life to pursue his true calling in real estate back on the beaches of the NJ Shore where he grew up.

Greg started by managing his brother’s architecture firm in Sea Girt (then Christopher Rice Architecture, now Rice & Brown Architects). There, he absorbed a wealth of knowledge about land use, zoning, architectural design, and construction. Greg was now not only armed with this invaluable experience and fresh understanding of people’s residential needs, but he also cultivated relationships with the area’s builders, engineers, attorneys, township code officers and construction officials. In 2005, Greg became a licensed real estate agent, and when he combined his intimate knowledge of the area, his new understanding of construction and architecture, his new professional relationships, and his Manhattan business background, it proved to be the perfect recipe for being a successful real estate agent. Greg quickly became one of the most trusted Realtors in the area, and this reputation is proven by his numbers.

Greg has been married for 15+ years, has 3 children, 2 dogs, and is a Foster Family for the Wag-On-Inn Rescue Group in Tinton Falls where he and his family welcome rescued dogs into their home and then help them get adopted. In business, Greg has a well-known reputation for being completely committed to his clients where he applies a relentless energy in marketing and networking to achieve his clients’ goals.
