I strive to bring to every real estate transaction a deep concern for each client's needs and wishes. My goal is to achieve their sale or purchase in a manner that is most beneficial to them with a minimum of stress and inconvenience. My knowledge of current market conditions, the available housing inventory, and a geographic area which includes Summit and a number nearby communities, helps me to provide the best service in a competent manner. Everyone I work with is treated with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. The people I assist recognize my strong commitment to them, and I can often count on referrals from them as a testimony to my expertise. Donna and I give our clients the best of our individual specialties and insure that they have one of us available to give them exceptional service.

Personal Background
I am committed to my long marriage to Frank and our three married children and their families. I am a "people person" and have been involved in volunteer activities in our schools, church , and community. I recognize the value of education and take courses to increase my knowledge in various diversified areas and to keep current in the dynamic field of real estate. During my youth, my father's employment required many relocations. As a result, I lived in nine different states and attended fifteen schools before I left for college. Although this was difficult at times, this experience has provided me with a special empathy for my clients which enables me to assist them as they experience the concerns and stresses that are part of moving to a new home, entering children in unfamiliar schools, and finding their way in a new community.

I have lived in Summit and the New Providence area for more than forty-five years. As a result, I have extensive knowledge of the geographical area and housing market in Summit, New Providence, Berkeley Heights, the Chathams, Madison, Springfield, Maplewood, Long Hill Township, and other nearby communities.
