I moved to New York City from Poland in my early 20s. I worked and lived there for a couple of years. After I got married we started looking for the nice place to grow a family. We looked all over New York City and after extensive research we finally chose Union County in New Jersey. We have lived here for more than 20 years. It is only a 40 minute commute to New York City, 20 minutes to Newark Airport, one hour south to have fun at Point Pleasant Beach or a nice quiet and clean beach like Island Beach State Park. Or one hour north to Mountain Creek where you can ski and snowboard in the winter. This is a great place to live.
