With 22 years of experience in real estate, Victoria's journey began as a REALTOR® Associate and evolved into a training role. Currently serving as the Agent Development Specialist, she supports seven branch offices. Her role involves handling new agent onboarding, coaching and implementing comprehensive training systems for both new and experienced agents. Victoria is well-versed in all company tools and regularly conducts one-on-one and group training workshops. Additionally, she assists the Managing Brokers in organizing agent recognition events and manages office social media accounts.

Victoria, a true Jersey Girl, was born and raised in Jersey City before making her way to Cranford with her husband. Eventually, they settled in Scotch Plains, where they raised their two children. Victoria is deeply involved in her community, volunteering at St. Bartholomew Church and dedicating years as a classroom parent at Scotch Plains Fanwood (Go, Raiders!), along with being a member of the Fanwood Environmental Committee.
