Serving Westchester, Putnam and Lower Duchess Counties I specialize in "First Time" home buyers and when I am searching for the right home to meet all of their needs, it makes me smile when I take them to see it and they know right away that it is their "Special Home". Whether it is hand holding or just being straight forward on the numbers, I do what is needed. Everyone's needs are different even though the process of purchasing a home is the same. I try to educate my buyers from the beginning to the end helping them through the process and knowing this is probably the biggest investment of their lifetime that they will make. When it comes to home Sellers, I prefer to ask them “what can I do for you” instead of saying “what I can do for them”. It might surprise you to find out the answers can be completely different. I believe in “being yourself” and to always Smile. It speaks volume!
