Richard was born and raised on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, attended St. John’s University School of Law, New York University Business School, Connecticut Real Estate Institute, and New York State Institute for Real Estate Studies. He is a licensed Broker in New York and Connecticut.
