Bio about me.

My name is Bob Royce and I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio where I grew up in Blue Ash and Montgomery and currently live in Landen with my wife and dog, Toby. I attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with my Applied Science degree in business. I also attended the University of South Florida and worked in Tampa for about 14 years. I eventually moved back to Cincinnati where I have been employed in the water industry for over 20 years. I spent a few years of my life as a “gentleman farmer” in Liberty Township where I took care of cows, chickens, bees, and over 200 fruit trees. I spend my free time managing rental properties and rehabbing properties as well. I pride myself in providing excellent customer service to my tenants and look forward to providing you with the same excellent customer service. Buying and rehabbing properties has been a part of my life for over 30 years and I believe my experience will help you find what you are looking for in your next home.

I specialize in empty nesters, SERS, rehabber-flippers, 1031 Exchange, and can act as a buyer’s agent or seller’s agent. I will always go above and beyond to help my customer and fulfill your Real Estate needs.
