Shannon Hickcox

I'm hoping you're here to learn more about me because want my help with the home buying or selling process. Let's get the necessary stuff out of the way first. I'm a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker West Shell, Professional Photographer, and Marketing Manager. I realize those three titles might seem completely unrelated, but they've meshed together and served my family well over the years.

Now for the more personal stuff

I grew up in Detroit where I met my husband, Jeff when I was 17 while working as a cashier at McDonald's. We made the move to the Cincinnati area together in 1999 (NKU) and married in 2000. I've spent the past 20ish years marketing my husband's cabinet business, operating my photography business, while raising two pretty amazing daughters. Our oldest daughter is class of 2023 at Miami University (Marketing and Fashion Design), and our youngest is class of 2022, Goshen High School (loves Jam Skating and works at Castle Skateland).

We love to support our locally, independently owned restaurants/breweries/wineries **cough cough** I really hate cooking so we eat out A LOT. Joking aside, if I haven't tried it yet, I want it on my list, so please share your local favorites!

Lastly, I love {almost} everything fitness. From cycling on the Little Miami Scenic Trail, running on our rural country road, lifting weights in my garage or local gym, kayaking, and hiking. I love hearing about other people's adventures as well, so if we meet, please share yours!
