Shannon Hickcox

Real estate has always felt personal to me. A home is more than an address—it’s where life happens, memories are made, and the next chapter begins.

With a background in both residential and commercial real estate, along with more than 20 years in the home improvement and design industry, I bring a unique understanding of both the business and the home itself. Through our family’s creative ventures, I’ve spent years working with homeowners, remodeling spaces, and seeing firsthand what makes a house beautiful, functional, and valuable.

I’m excited to be back in residential real estate and to reconnect with the people and communities that make Cincinnati home. I’m not leaving my creative work behind—instead, I’m bringing those experiences with me. I love the details, the possibilities, and the process of helping someone see what a home could become.

Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime favorite, or looking for the next place to build your story, I’m here to make the process feel thoughtful, personal, and a little more enjoyable.
