The OTR Living team is made up of Holly Redmond, Stacy Rickert, Kathy Fergus, and Becky Mannix. We have been selling and marketing condos and single family homes in Over the Rhine since 3CDC began the efforts to revitalize this historic neighborhood. About Stacy

I live in Cincinnati with my husband Jeremy, daughter Berkeley, twin sons Asher and Leyton and Bernese Mountain dog McKinley. As a family we enjoy spending time at Washington Park, Findlay Market, Smale Park, and eating at the restaurants. My family, along with hundreds of other families, are enjoying what OTR has to offer.

I have been apart of the project since early on, and the continued changes in the area has kept me motivated on making this area enjoyable for everyone.
