Stephanie Powell

Stephanie has been working as a Realtor for over 10 years.  Although real estate runs in the family – her grandfather was a developer and her parents owned/managed many rental properties – post graduation from Xavier University she first put her degree in Sport Management to use and worked in the Cincinnati Reds front office for several years.  In 2013, Stephanie transitioned to the real estate industry knowing her passion for match-making buyers and sellers could be a successful career.  She is a highly detailed person with a regard for design (thanks to her Mama), which help her clients throughout the process from start to finish.  Whether the transaction is a primary residence, rental property or second home, it's a personal journey that Stephanie dives into each time for her client.  
She currently resides in Mt. Lookout with her husband, Marc, their twin six-year-old girls, Reagan and Mackenzie, and dog, Winnie.
